What do you need from me?

- I need a couple of evenly lit, good resolution photographs of your pet. If this can't be provided, I won't be able to draw your pet. If you live within 20 miles of Cheddar, Somerset, I can come and take some photos for you for an extra fee of £25.00

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

- It depends a bit on how busy I am at the time, but drawings will take a minimum of 8 weeks to complete. This may be longer depending on how much work I have on at the same time. If you are ordering for a special event, please give at least 12 weeks notice if possible. You can pay for a rush job extra (when available) if you need the work sooner than 8 weeks.

DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT?

- Yes, 20% of the total amount will be due at the time of ordering (once I have approved the pictures you have). The remaining amount will be due when the work is finished, before posting.

WHAT IF THE DRAWING GETS LOST IN THE POST?

- I always send my drawings by tracked postage, but in the unlikely and unfortunate event the drawing is lost in the post, I will refund 25% of the total amount to you, and send you a high quality print of the work. I always professionally photograph the work in a studio before sending the work in the post.

DO WE GET TO SEE PROGRESS PICTURES?

- Of course! I will set up a WhatsApp group or individual chat to send progress pictures as and when I have them.
